Get Involved
We need your help to keep US Autism’s vision and mission alive! As you may already know, we survive as an organization solely on donations and on the revenue we generate from our professional trainings and conferences. But as these costs have continued to rise, our ability to stay sustainable is, more than ever before, dependent on the generous support of our donors and volunteers. Please help if you can. Even small contributions add up. Thank You!
Please note: We use Zeffy, which is a non-profit payment processing system to manage all of our online donations. This means that we don’t have to pay any processing fees, although Zeffy will ask you for a “tip” at check-out to cover their fees. We believe that tipping is always optional, based on the value of the service rendered, so we ask that you pay only what you feel is fair when asked by Zeffy to cover the processing fees that are associated with your donation to us.
For larger amounts, and to avoid processing fees, please mail your check or money order to our secure post office box at this address:
P.O. Box 213, Johnstown, CO 80534
You can also contact us at office@usautism.org to arrange a direct deposit or for payment through Zelle.
Divergent World Collective, Inc., doing business as US Autism Association, US Autism World Alliance, World Autism Conference, and Divergent Learning World is registered as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Your donation may qualify for a charitable tax deduction. Please consult a tax advisor for additional information. Fed Tax ID# 39-2414816. In addition, if you would like to make a donation and are located outside of Colorado, we will review your donation before we accept it for compliance with the laws of your state and we reserve the right to return it if we determine in our sole discretion that it risks not being compliant.

Our Volunteer Needs
-
In order to meet our mission of expanding into a more divergent global audience, we ask that you tell others about us. You can also explore the Our Projects Page and share those links.
-
We need someone who can help us optimize our content and share it with an expanded global audience. Since we want all content to remain free to the public, we would also like assistance in monetizing our content through ad placement to help us fund the continuation of this project. With over 150 hours of content already recorded and interviews with many of the world’s most well-known autism experts, there’s a lot of extremely high quality content here to “crawl through” and share.
-
We often have many more recorded content videos than we can keep up with for video editing and distribution. We will also be hosting several podcasts soon. So we are looking for several volunteers with basic video editing skills to help. We’ll be happy to feature you on our Meet the Team page if you would be interested in volunteering in this area.
-
We frequently require technical support and development to create and maintain our various websites. Right now, those sites are in both Wordpress and Squarespace. If web development in your specialty, we would love to hear from you. We would be happy to feature you and your skills on our Meet the Team page.

Do you love social media and the opportunity if offers to share new ideas? If so, we would love to add you to our team to post and manage our various social media sites. As we expand into more divergent global audiences, we hope to reach all who could benefit from our content and social media is the way for us to do that. Volunteer today and we’ll feature you on our Meet the Team page.
